You can find a doctor, specialist, urgent care and pharmacy services through the AltaMed Find a Doctor tool. You can confirm that a doctor is in network by calling your insurance company or consulting their website.

You will not have to make a payment when scheduling an appointment. Depending on your insurance, you may need to pay a co-pay when you attend your appointment. If you don’t have insurance, you may need to pay out-of-pocket at your appointment.

You should bring your insurance membership card, a photo ID, a list of your current medications and dosages, and a list of questions you would like to ask your doctor.
